Student Ids and Parking Decals 

Student IDs and Parking Decals are issued at the Information Desk located on the first floor of the Robert L. McSpadden Student Union East. The Information Desk is open during normal college operating days.

Student IDs

You will need to present a valid photo ID (driver's license, state issued ID card, passport or military identification) and a copy of your schedule with your A00 Student ID number visible. There is no charge for the original ID card; however, a $5 fee is incurred for replacement cards. Student IDs are also available at the main office of the Gulf/Franklin Campus.

Parking Information

All motor vehicles (including motorcycles and motor scooters) driven and/or parked on any Gulf Coast State College Campus by students, faculty or staff must have a valid parking decal or display a valid temporary parking permit. There is no charge for the first parking decal; however, there is a $5 fee for additional or replacement decals. 

Visitors should park in designated visitor parking for the allotted time. Temporary parking permits can be obtained at the Information Desk and are valid in student parking areas. 

All persons bringing vehicles onto any Gulf Coast State College campus/site are subject to posted traffic and parking regulations. 

Designated Parking Areas

All parking areas are color coded accordingly: a) green curb parking is reserved for faculty and staff, b) blue curb parking is reserved for handicapped permits, and c) yellow curb parking areas are designated as No Parking.  Any areas not marked as previously designated are available for student and guest parking. Motorcycle parking is reserved to the diagonal white stripes at the end of a parking lane designated by "Motorcycles Only" signs.

Visitor parking is designated by "Visitor Parking Only" signs and is reserved for 45 minutes.
