Lightroom Made Easy  Register!

Adobe Lightroom has quickly become the "go to" program Photographers use to catalog, manage and edit their photos. In this 2-week course you will learn the tools and techniques to get the most out of this outstanding addition to the Adobe suite of graphic design tools. This class is for all skill levels of photographers. No pre-requisite needed.

Photoshop Training

Beginning Photoshop  Register!

This learning path will show you how to take advantage of a wide range of tools in Photoshop to better your graphic design projects. This project-based class will introduce you to the standard in digital graphics software with step-by-step demonstrations and an opportunity to experiment. Pre-requisite: Students must be computer friendly.

This project-based class will expand your knowledge of Adobe Photoshop with more in-depth, step-by-step instruction and demonstrations.  You will learn how you can take your existing Photoshop knowledge and use it for effective graphic design in Photoshop. Pre-requisite: Some Photoshop knowledge & knowledge of tool bar.

cutting edge craftsman

Cutting Edge Craftsman: Intro to the Glowforge 3D Laser printer   Register!

Develop your craftsmanship by using advanced technologies available for home and commercial use. In this workshop you will be able to create a keepsake of your own while learning the basics of how the Glowforge 3D laser works. The Glowforge uses a beam of light the width of a human hair to cut, engrave, and shape designs from a variety of materials.

In this workshop parent and child (ages 10 and up) will be able to learn how to use the Glowforge 3D laser printer and be able to create a keepsake of their own. InDesign Training

Basic InDesign  Register!

Adobe InDesign is one of the most popular print and online publishing applications today. Students will learn how to create stunning designs using tools that enable free-flowing expression, with the fine control over graphics, typography, color, transparency, effects, and placed images. In this hands-on class students will demonstrate: Flowing Text, importing and modifying graphics, printing and exporting, setting up a document, working with color, working with objects, working with pages, working with styles, working with transparency, working with typography and more. Prerequisite: Must have prior Adobe Photoshop experience; and prefer print or Web layout design.
