Project Management Essentials Register!
Participants will be introduced to the core project management topics and practical skill development tools applicable to new and experienced project managers. Participants will learn how to effectively manage all aspects of a project to meet specific financial and operational objectives. Interactive learning sessions will give learners the opportunity to evaluate a project case study, offer insight and apply their new learning in a facilitated team setting with an experienced project manager.
- This course consists of ten (10) self-paced on-line learning modules and three (3) facilitator-led 2 hour weekend discussion sessions with the last session as the portfolio review.
Participants seeking PMP certification will receive fourteen (14) contact hours that can be applied towards meeting the Project Management Institute (PMI) education requirements. Course includes, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge - PMBOK Guide, and Opus e-portal access.
