Public Records Custodian Contact Information/Requests

All public records requests should be directed to the Custodian of Records c/o Chris Thomes, Executive Director of Marketing & Communications; 5230 W. Hwy 98, Panama City, FL 32401, Administration Building, room 234; (850) 747-3250; cthomes@gulfcoast.edu. The definition of “custodian of records” under Florida law encompasses a number of employees at various locations throughout the College. Accordingly, for the purpose of s. 119.12, Fla. Statute, the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications has been designated to receive and facilitate public records requests for the convenience of the public.
