RN-Bachelor or Science in Nursing Program
The purpose of the RN-BSN program is to prepare Registered Nurses (RNs) with an Associate
degree or Diploma for leadership positions and entry into graduate professional programs
in Nursing.
Upon successful completion of the prescribed course of study, students will receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN). This program will prepare the BSN graduate to enter upper level nursing programs at all universities in the State University System or elsewhere and work toward a Master’s or Doctoral degree.
The GCSC RN-BSN Program was granted national accreditation for a period of 10 years effective October 16, 2019 by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
