TABE (Tests of Adult Basic Education)

The Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE) provide a solid foundation for effectively assessing the skills and knowledge of adult learners. For more information about the TABE, see the following: TABE information or Prepare for the TABE
The TABE is offered only to current Gulf Coast State College students who are seeking admission into a program that requires TABE scores.
You must arrange your exam day and time through the program to which you are seeking admission. Currently, there is no charge for the TABE.
You must bring a valid photo ID when you come to take the TABE. You are permitted to have your car keys and your photo ID while taking the TABE; everything else, including your cell phone, are not permitted.
You may find the following resources helpful when preparing for the TABE: TABE study guide.
