State Testing

The State EMS office has made several changes to the state exam.  They have changed from a State Test given by Schroeder Measurement Technologies, to the National Registry of EMTs and Paramedics. A new State exam is being administered for Paramedics and the National Registry exam for EMTs. For more information, check with the State Medical Quality Assurance Department or MQA.

You will need to complete a EMT State Application or Paramedic Application, and possibly a NREMT application depending on your situation. Contact the State EMS office at 850.245.4440 for more information.
