WNC200 24-hour local-access programming grows out of a partnership between Gulf Coast State College and Bay District Schools. Broadcasting from the Media Center on the Panama City Campus, GCTV’s studio allows associate of arts students in the communication (radio/television broadcasting) transfer track to build their reporting skills and get comfortable in front of a camera. Behind the scenes, students in the ?, ? and ? programs gain technical and production experience.

Commodore Productions, a student-run club on Gulf Coast State College’s Panama City Campus, provides some programming for WNC200, as does the college radio station, WKGC 90.7 FM.
