Information Security Training for Employees

Initial and annual security training for our network users is provided through Proofpoint Security Education Program. Successful completion of assigned security modules is required for network access. You will receive an email to your GCSC email that contains a link to the online training site. You may also access training through the Experience portal by signing in and clicking on the Proofpoint tile. If you have problems accessing the training please contact ITS Technical Support at ext. 3303.

Login Information

  1. Select "Go to Training" which will take users to the ProofPoint log in page.
  2. To log in, use your full Gulf Coast State College email and network password. Once logged into the system you will see the required training under My Training. Begin and complete the training.
