Three Options to Order a GCSC Transcript - Alumni & Former Students

Transcripts Prior to 1980

Please contact the Enrollment Services office to order a transcript prior to 1980 at GCSCtranscript@gulfcoast.edu. Include the name used when you attended, the approximate dates of attendance and the address, a phone number and where you want the transcript mailed.

Educational Records (FASTER)

Print Faster Transcript Request Form

Electronic Transcripts: Transmits data between listed institutions in a secure electronic format per Rule 6A-10.024, Florida Administrative Code (FAC), Articulation Between and Among Universities , Florida Colleges, and School Districts.	Tracking is Available: By contacting the receiving Florida college or university for the receipt status.
Transcript Delivery and Fees: Is available for a select list of Florida public schools. Are provided at no cost. Are completed during normal college business hours, within one to two business days.	Document Uploads: Are not available with this transcript option.
Paper Form Submission Option Offers: A printable form to complete. A FAX number to submit the form and required documents for processing. Processing for a select list of Florida schools.	Transcripts Cannot be Sent if: The Gulf Coast State College is closed. There is a hold on the student's file (student will be notified of any holds).

National Student ClearingHouse

No Student ID Numbers or passwords are needed for the National Student Clearinghouse method.

Order Transcripts

Delivery Methods Include: eTranscripts — Electronically encrypted transcripts sent 24/7. The U.S. Postal Service mail option. A transcript pick up option during normal college business hours.	Transcript Fees: Electronic - $8.40 Mailed USPS - $7.90 Pick Up - $7.90
Electronic eTranscripts are Sent 24/7  to: A student. An employer. A college/university of your choice.	Transcripts Cannot be Sent if: The student attended prior to 1980. There is a hold on the student's file.
This Transcript Method Includes: Ordering. Uploading attached documents. Paying. Tracking with an order number.

HB 171 Transcript Request

This form is for Active Duty Members, spouses or dependents, and Honorably Discharged Veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States. Proof of this status must accompany this request.

The Delivery Methods Include the: U.S. Postal Service mail  (domestic only). FASTER system for public Florida colleges or universities.	Transcripts are Not Sent if: There is a hold on the student's file. Required supporting documents are not included.
Transcript Fees: Transcripts orders are free in accordance with F.S. 1009.26 (17a),	Attachments and Tracking Options: Orders requiring attached documents must be mailed. To inquire on the receipt of your transcript—contact the receiving institution—not GCSC.
Paper Form Submission: A short, printable form can be faxed  or dropped off at the GCSC's Enrollment Services office to be processed.
Transcript Delivery: FASTER electronic delivery is completed overnight or within two business days. The U.S.P.S. system determines mail delivery date.
